On Monday, May 15, CCI once again participated in the 22nd Annual Champions for P.L.A.Y. Golf Outing, in partnership with the Urban and Shelley Meyer Foundation.  This fundraiser is currently the only revenue source that helps the Columbus Recreation and Parks Department raise money for their Private Leisure Assistance for Youth (P.L.A.Y.) program.  All funds raised are used to provide children from financially-challenged families in the Central Ohio area the opportunity to participate in activities offered through the department.

Thanks to the 35 teams that participated this year, the outing raised more than $92,000, which will help 1,070 children attend summer camp OR 4,500 kids learn a new sport or activity while creating long-lasting memories!

In addition to monetary support to this worthy organization, members of the CCI team serve on the steering committee as well as participate on the day of the event. Want to learn more about P.L.A.Y.? Click here.
